Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- ½ tsp salt and pepper
- ½ tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 small limes, juiced
- ½ cup cilantro leaves, finely chopped
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, finely chopped
- ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 small jalapeño, finely chopped
- 1 yellow mango, finely chopped
Method
- Add the avocados to a mixing bowl and use a fork to roughly mash. You can choose your consitency here, whether you like your guacamole chunkier or more smooth!
- Add in the salt, pepper, cumin, garlic, and lime juice and use your fork to mix well. Add in the remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Season to taste.
- Transfer to the fridge to chill until serving with fresh veggies or tortilla chips. My favorite way to eat it? With fresh cucumber or bell pepper slices!

This guacamole is amazing! I made it for some girlfriends and they raved about it and my husband also loved the leftovers. I am super excited to be making it again for the Super Bowl! The secret ingredient is totally worth it!
