Jackie's Personal Meal Planning Story

I used to wing it at meal times. I didn’t prioritize healthy eating which led to unhealthy choices, wasted money,  unwanted weight gain, and a serious case of adult acne.

With a busy life, demanding career and no meal plan, I found myself working through lunch, becoming famished and resorting to quick and unhealthy options. I knew something had to change. That change was meal planning. It reduced my stress, helped me lose weight effortlessly, and gave me more free time to enjoy life.

This exact experience is what inspired me to create the Jackfruitful Meal Planner, a tool to help busy individuals, parents, and professionals transform their eating habits and change their lives for good.
