Ingredients
- ½ can chickpeas, pureed
- ½ can chickpeas, roughly mashed
- 2 tbsp vegannaise
- 3oz cream cheese
- ½ red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- ⅓ cup buffalo sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- dash of cayenne pepper, optional
Method
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl! You COULD just puree all of the chickpeas OR just roughly mash all of the chickpeas but the contrast gave it a really nice texture. Stir to combine.
- Serve with sliced veggies or gluten free crackers!
