  • chickpeas
  • vegannaise
  • vegan cream cheese
  • bell pepper

Buffalo Chicken Dip

This Buffalo Chicken Dip is creamy and flavorful WITHOUT the cream or the chicken! Try this vegan, gluten free and dairy free dip ASAP.
Prep Time 15 minutes
Course: Appetizer, Dip, Side Dish

Ingredients
  

  • ½ can chickpeas, pureed
  • ½ can chickpeas, roughly mashed
  • 2 tbsp vegannaise
  • 3oz cream cheese
  • ½ red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • dash of cayenne pepper, optional

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl! You COULD just puree all of the chickpeas OR just roughly mash all of the chickpeas but the contrast gave it a really nice texture. Stir to combine.
  2. Serve with sliced veggies or gluten free crackers!
