WHEN NATIONAL VITAMIN C DAY FALLS ON TACO TUESDAY… You celebrate with this salsa. It’s bursting with freshness from the juicy Sumo Citrus Mandarin and contains DOUBLE the Vitamin C of a regular orange. Enjoy with chips, sliced veggies, or on your favorite tacos for a tropical fiesta! Cheers

  • ½ small red onion finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno finely chopped
  • ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1 semi-firm avocado cubed
  • 1 @sumocitrus mandarin chopped
  • 1 large lime juiced
  • ½ tsp salt more or less to taste
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Chips to serve


  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season to taste. Serve with tortilla chips or enjoy as a salad! Best if enjoyed within 48 hours.
