Ingredients

- ¼ cup cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 semi-firm avocado, cubed
- 1 @sumocitrus mandarin, chopped
- 1 large lime, juiced
- ½ tsp salt, more or less to taste
- ½ tsp garlic powder

- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season to taste. Serve with tortilla chips or enjoy as a salad! Best if enjoyed within 48 hours.
