  • reposado tequila
  • orange liqueur
  • apple cider
  • lemon
  • pinch of salt
  • dash of cinnamon
  • sparkling water

 

To Serve

  • coconut sugar
  • cinnamon
  • apple slice
  • rosemary sprig
  • cinnamon stick

Equipment

  • shaker, ice ball tray

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz reposado tequila
  • 1 oz orange liqueur
  • 2 oz apple cider
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • pinch of salt
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 2 oz sparkling water

To Serve Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • apple slice
  • rosemary sprig
  • cinnamon stick

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your glass by combining cinnamon and coconut sugar on a small place. Run a lemon wedge around the edge of your glass and dip in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Carefully fill with ice and set aside.
  • Add the reposado, orange liqueur, apple cider, lemon juice, salt, and cinnamon to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into the prepared glass and top off with sparkling water. Garnish with an apple slice, rosemary sprig, and cinnamon stick. Cheers!
