Ingredients
- 16oz high protein super-firm tofu
- 1 tbsp tapioca flour or arrowroot powder
- ½ cup gf vegan Korean bbq sauce, or any wing sauce you fancy!
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Method
- Preheat your oven to 425. Line a large metal baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Break the tofu into 1.5” pieces in a bowl. Sprinkle with the tapioca flour and shake to coat. Pour onto the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes until golden and crispy on the edges. Transfer to a large bowl.
- Meanwhile, warm sauce in a small saucepan on the stove. Pour the sauce over the wings and toss to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with additional sauce for dipping!
