Ingredients
- 10 oz silken tofu
- 2 tbsp tahini or olive oil
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- Assorted Fareway Pre-Cut Veggies
- Assorted Crackers or Chips, gluten free if desired
Method
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and puree until smooth, seasoning to taste.
- Pour into a serving bowl and place on a serving tray. Arrange veggies and crackers around the dip!
