Ingredients
- 1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- ½ cup sun dried tomatoes
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 lemon, juiced
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- ½ tsp cumin
- ⅛ tsp cayenne, more or less to taste
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 1 handful fresh basil
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Purée until smooth.
- Season to taste! I added a dash of sriracha!
