Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups finely chopped strawberries
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
  • ½ bunch cilantro leaves, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 large lime, juiced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp maple syrup, optional

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine. Best to prepare and refrigerate at least 1 hour in advance. Serve with chips or sliced cucumber!
