Ingredients
- 2 cups finely chopped strawberries
- ½ red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
- ½ bunch cilantro leaves, finely chopped
- ¼ cup mint leaves, finely chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 large lime, juiced
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp maple syrup, optional
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine. Best to prepare and refrigerate at least 1 hour in advance. Serve with chips or sliced cucumber!
