Equipment
- Oven
Ingredients
- 3 cups super fine blanched almond flour
- 1 cup plain, unsweetened dairy-free yogurt
- ⅓ cup 100% fruit St. Dalfour blueberry jam
- ⅛ tsp fine kosher sea salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 and line a large metal baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add almond flour, salt and yogurt to a mixing bowl. Stir with a fork to combine and then use a rubber spatula or your hands to knead for a minute or two until firm, doughy, and not at all sticky. If your dough is too sticky, add a bit more flour or knead longer.
- Add the jam and use the fork to incorporate so there is a nice berry swirl.
- Roll into 1.5 tbsp sized balls. Your dough should not be sticky! If it is wet or sticky, add a bit more almond flour. Bake for 24-26 minutes. *IMPORTANT: Let cool completely!! Otherwise, they will be a bit crumbly.
- Enjoy right away or store in a paper bag on the counter for up to 5 days. IMPORTANT!: If they get a little soft/moist, place them in the oven for about 5 minutes at 350 before enjoying!

Thank you so much looking forward to baking 😊
Can’t wait to hear how you like them 🙂 Thank you!
Can you use frozen blueberries instead of a jam? Also can these be made with coconut flour and Greek yogurt?
Hey Missy – The recipe is designed with just three key ingredients that work together to create the final result. While variations can be fun, changing all three ingredients would likely lead to a completely different, and potentially unflavorable outcome, so for the best experience, I recommend sticking to the original trio. You could definitely swap coconut yogurt for greek yogurt without any issues.
Is there any nutritional information available for any of the recipes. Thanks
