But these aren’t your average snickerdoodles, because we’re taking things up a notch by adding a pumpkin spice twist to create something truly magical.

What is a Snickerdoodle?

Ah, the snickerdoodle, a cookie that’s as fun to say as it is to eat! It’s a classic treat that hails from the heart of cozy, home-baked goodness. Traditionally, a snickerdoodle is a soft, buttery cookie, kissed with a dusting of cinnamon and sugar, offering a delightful contrast of a slightly crisp exterior with a tender, chewy middle. It’s the kind of cookie that feels like a warm hug from the inside out. The snickerdoodle stands out with its humble simplicity and comforting flavors, making it a beloved favorite in many households, especially during the festive seasons or when you just need that perfect, sweet, cinnamon-laced pick-me-up!

Why Does Pumpkin Spice Taste SO GOOD in Autumn?!

Pumpkin spice’s irresistible appeal in autumn comes from more than its rich, warming blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and sometimes allspice. It’s a flavor that embodies the season itself, evoking images of rustling golden leaves, snug sweaters, and comforting family gatherings. As cooler air and shorter days emerge, we naturally crave these warm, soothing spices, which not only delight our taste buds but also stir a sense of nostalgia and comfort. I don’t know that there is any real scientific truth to why we are all so obsessed with it around this time of the year but have you had pumpkin spice in the summer? It’s not the same folks; so indulge in it as much as possible because winter will be here before you know it and we will be onto a whole new flavor palette!

So embrace the cooler days of autumn with my Soft Batch Pumpkin Spice Snickerdoodles. Each bite encapsulates the essence of the season in a grain-free, vegan, and keto-friendly package, inviting everyone to fall in love with the season anew.

Keep these bites of happiness in an airtight container to savor for a week, or freeze them to enjoy whenever the craving hits.

So, preheat your oven and let’s bring the heartwarming aromas and joy of baking into our homes, one delightful Snickerdoodle at a time.
