Ingredients
- ½ cup strawberries, muddled
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tsp maple syrup, adjust for desired sweetness
- ¾ cup plain, unsweetened, dairy free yogurt
- 2¼ cups plain, unsweetened soy milk
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 3 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1½ cup gluten free rolled oats
- pinch salt
Method
- Divide all of the ingredients equally between 3 jars or bowls and stir to combine. Cover and transfer to the fridge for at least an hour, preferably overnight. Enjoy hot or cold topped with extra yogurt and fresh strawberries.
