Ingredients
- 6 carrots
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- ½ bunch cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 1 inch piece ginger, grated
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 1 tbsp chili crisp
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp sea salt
Method
- Use the y peeler to create carrot ribbons and place them in a bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and use clean hands or tongs to combine all the ingredients.
- Can be enjoyed right away or stored in the fridge for up to 4 days!
