Ingredients
- 12 oz silken tofu
- 3 oz St Dalfour Strawberry Goji Jam
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Method
- Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and puree until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the flavor to your liking by adding a bit more jam or vanilla if desired.
- Divide between serving jars, with optional fresh strawberries for garnish. Chill for at least an hour before serving, or make up to 72 hours in advance.
