Ingredients
- 1 bunch lacinato kale, finely chopped
- 1 medium lemon, juiced
- ½ tsp cold-pressed olive oil
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
Method
- Select Your Kale: Opt for Lacinato, also known as Dino or Tuscan kale. Remove from stem and finely chop.
- Determine Massage spread: olive oil, yogurt, tahini or mashed avocado
- Add Lemon Juice: Freshly squeezed lemon juice over the kale for zest.
- Massage Time: Drizzle kale with olive oil and lemon juice, then knead until the leaves darken and soften.
