Ingredients

Beauty Detox Cabbage Salad Ingredients

3 cups napa cabbage thinly sliced
2 cups red cabbage thinly sliced
2 carrots shredded
1 cup broccoli finely chopped
1 cup canned chickpeas rinsed and drained (optional)
1 large or 2 small mandarins cut into 1” pieces
3 green onions finely chopped
¼ cup mint leaves finely chopped
6 Natural Delights Pitted Organic Medjool Dates finely chopped
½ cup sliced almonds

Orange Ginger Vinaigrette Ingredients

⅓ cup orange juice
2 tbsp champagne vinegar
1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
1 tsp dijon mustard
3 Natural Delights Pitted Medjool Dates
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ cup tahini or olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Add the ingredients for the salad to a large bowl.
In a blender, combine the ingredients for the dressing and blend until smooth. Adjust for desired sweetness by adding more or less dates.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss right before serving.
